What is Accident SafeGuard Insurance Plan?
Accident insurance, unlike a regular health insurance plan, which have benefits to cover medical treatment, insurance industry has evolved plans and indemnities specific to occurrence of certain event(s) for monetary compensation to reduce or offset financial risks.
The following three plans are flat rate premium plans that offer a number cash lump-sum benefits to the extent of coverage of plans listed below which are medically justified upon occurrence of accident related injuries.
- AccidentWise Plan 10000: $15.46 / month. (10000 refers to $10,000 coverage for Hospital Admission)
- AccidentWise Plan 15000: $28.17 / month. (20000 refers to $20,000 coverage for Hospital Admission)
- AccidentWise Plan 20000: $44.20 / month. (30000 refers to $30,000 coverage for Hospital Admission)

- Hospital Admission

- Accidental Loss of Life, Limb or Sight (within 90 days of initial onset of injury)
Eligibility
- Age: No maximum age limit. These plans are renewable.
- Exclusions and/or Limitations: Listed in brochures.
- Preexisting conditions: Defined in the brochures.
- Underwriting: All these plans are subject to health underwriting.
Network of Providers
No network is applicable for these plans. However, you may Look up PPO doctors here for reference.

Fill the form and click on View Plans.
Navigate and click on tab AccidentWise, you see three plans in increasing order to price and benefits. You may compare these three plans. Check the buttons Compare and then click on bottom Compare at the bottom of display. This is quick tabular display of compared plans.
Select a plan, and click on button Details.
Click on button Add to Cart. Follow screens to click on button Apply and sign up.
